This project concerns the construction of residential housing and community buildings for an industrial city: between 1000 to 5000 residential units (family apartments, family villas, single apartments, studios) and girls/boys schools, commercial building, mosque, fuel station, public clinic, community center, fire / civil defense station.
This location in Saudi Arabia was to be transformed into an industrial city, with facilities and infrastructure to accommodate over one hundred thousand people. The client, a large mining company in Saudi Arabia, was managing the entire project.

The initial phase comprised of engineering, procurement and construction activities for residential, commercial and government facilities, service infrastructure, main roads, among others.

We were hired by the client to prepare the preliminary and detailed studies for the residential buildings and facilities along with all utilities and infrastructures on the following packages: overall site grading, primary roads / utilities, secondary roads / utilities (wastewater treatment plant and potable water treatment plant and pipe connections), residential and non-residential buildings.
