Project Description


Noida International Airport, being developed by the client, will serve the fast-developing industrial region between Delhi and Agra. It is designed to cater to 12 million passengers per annum with a built-up area of 1,10,700 sq.m.
Assystem STUP’s architects and engineers were part of the Master Architects team, which delivered the schematic design and EPC tender documentation.
Assystem STUP was responsible to develop the architectural, interior, and structural designs, fire and life safety strategy, electromechanical design, vertical and horizontal transport planning, landscape design, facade design, acoustics, etc. and build a sustainability strategy.
Assystem STUP was also mandated to develop the cost estimates of the project during design development and preparation of the technical specifications.
It will be a net-zero emissions airport as principles of sustainability are at the core of the design of this project.
