As part of a large national program, our client aims to plan, promote, develop and manage high-intensity industrial cities with a customer focus and by building associations with investors, employees, communities and other stakeholders.
Within this industrial city, projects include major infrastructure and public facilities in community and industrial areas. They also consist of utilities and extensions at specific locations, facility upgrades and modifications, expansion or extension of existing facilities, bridges, buildings and various types of structures, and much more.

In this context, we were commissioned to carry out the technical and architectural design (conceptual and detailed) for various projects ranging from infrastructures (utilities, roads, bridges, pumping stations, treatment plants, etc.) to buildings (mosques, residential, schools, fire stations, etc.), specialized studies including feasibility studies and life cycle cost analysis, bid management. We also managed preparation of RFP documents for Procurement and Construction (PC) contracts, contract award, bid analysis, contract award recommendations as well as on-site construction support.
