Ahead of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, we have been entrusted with a PMO (Project Management Office) mission, to implement an integrated collaborative project management tool to ensure that all Olympic works are delivered on time, fairly. This tool aims to facilitate the collection and structuration of information from all stakeholders, and the implementation of various processes including planning, risk management, decision monitoring, indicator summary table, internal and external reporting, roadmaps for OPC-ICs and project owners at the interface, among others.

Our mission also includes the development of Project Management Plan (PMP) and the production of 4D phasing books. Thanks to the provision of reliable data, the production of deliverables and relevant indicators, for an efficient management of operations. We also identified deviations from reference schedules, and analysed and captured trends on the project planning.
