The rehabilitation and up-gradation of the existing 4-lane National Highway section to 6-lane divided carriageway configuration required extensive survey work of topography, traffic, condition of structures and sub-soil. The economic and financial analysis required estimation of cost and the benefits to the users and the society at large.

Assystem Stup undertook the preparation of feasibility report. The work involved examination of environmental impact during construction and service condition, and recommendation of mitigatory measures. Social parameters like rehabilitation, employment generation and wealth creation were also evaluated.
