As part of a large urbanisation program, our client intends to expand residential areas that requires building various housing units, expanding existing residential areas, constructing medical, educational and sports facilities as well as infrastructural facilities.
The extension of residential services, through existing industrialized cities, was quite complex, requiring reinforcement and extension of existing structures, strengthening of road infrastructure, elevation and relocation of overhead power lines, diversion of some services and protection of some others, and demolition and reconstruction of existing infrastructure.

In this context, we were required to develop all engineering and design activities to prepare a detailed design package for the installation of the necessary infrastructure. We also prepared a detailed engineering design study as well as a tendering package documents for utilities upgrade and required reinforcements.
The industrial design dealt with primary site development and districts development.

This project needed 85 engineers, 1,825 days of hardwork, 1.4 million hours of engineering.
