Société du Grand Paris plans to develop an automated metro network of 200 km with over five lines, 68 stations and five maintenance sites. The metro network, most of which will be underground, will connect the major strategic centres of the Ile-de-France to each other and to Paris and will open up access to a wide range of localities around Paris.

We are appointed as the project management consultant by Société du Grand Paris, which is the project owner of the Grand Paris Express. The objective of the mission is to provide business expertise (project management, infrastructures, systems) to strengthen the scope of the project owner as well as consulting approach.

The project management activities, organisational consulting and setting up of digital tools is being carried out by PROXEMYS consortium, which is being led by us and includes Louis Berger and Antea. Backed by our experience of handling big projects, the consortium will set up piloting and reporting solutions and will bring about improvement in the company organisation and information systems, thanks to our double expertise in technical and consulting, and to our association with Accenture and EY.
