Assystem Stup has been selected to lead the design and sustainable development plans for the new Bengaluru Signature Business Park in Karnataka.

Spanning 407 acres of land, the Bengaluru Signature Business Park is strategically positioned next to Bangalore International Airport to enhance Karnataka’s global status. Assystem Stup’s teams will lead on the design and planning of the vast project that includes a 14.60 km road network, 26.42 km of storm water drainage, and various water supply and sewerage trunk infrastructure components.

Assystem Stup will bring their expertise in sustainable design to the infrastructure project by introducing features such as rainwater harvesting ponds, ground water recharge structures, and solid waste management systems.

To address connectivity challenges posed by a railway line passing through the site, plans for an elevated access flyover have been proposed to ensure seamless access. Assystem Stup’s expertise in transportation engineering contributes to the development of sustainable transportation solutions, including a tram/electric bus network, to reduce reliance on private vehicles.

Sushma Bhatt, Regional Director South at Assystem Stup said: “We’re delighted to have a key role in Bengaluru’s signature development that is an investment in both innovation and sustainability to support the region and its people for decades to come. This project isn’t just about constructing buildings; it’s about shaping the future of Bengaluru and positioning Karnataka as a global leader.”
