Construction of Flamanville 3, the first European Pressurised Reactor (EPR) project in France, began in 2007. It incorporates all the recent progress that has been made in terms of safety, environmental protection and technical and economic performance, to deliver safe, competitive electricity production with no greenhouse gas emissions.

A major player in the nuclear sector called on us for a PMO mission on behalf of the FA3 development department. As part of our mission, we are responsible for reporting on worksite progress (assembly + testing), monthly report for the Management Committee, implementation of coordination tools, process engineering support, management of digitalisation initiatives and creation of a digitalisation committee on the client site.

As a result, the client gets faster and more reliable reporting on activity work packages thanks to the introduction of IT tools, effective formalised processes and productivity improvement.
