A major player in the production of electricity in the Middle East appointed UzAssystem joint venture to carry out topographic, hydrological and geotechnical site studies for two wind power plants in order to prepare the preliminary geotechnical report necessary for civil engineering, design studies, and the implementation phase of the call for tenders. The first site is located near a lake and the second site is located near towns.

Field and laboratory work was performed according to technical specifications in accordance with ASTM standards. UzAssystem provided engineering services in an environment where only Russian codes are applicable. The customer also obtained precise and reliable engineering parameters in accordance with international codes.
