Assystem is playing a pivotal role as the Design and Engineering Consultant in the development of the Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway, a 701-kilometer, six-lane greenfield project commissioned by Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg. - Reviewing contractor-provided drawings, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Ensuring quality through audits and test checks of 20% of the prescribed tests.
- Monitoring progress with regular reviews and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to safety and design standards.
This expressway integrates sustainable features like solar plants, electric vehicle charging points and rainwater harvesting systems. Additionally, an Integrated Traffic Management System will enable real-time traffic monitoring, enhancing safety and efficiency.
